Our business plan no comments
Teaching English, as a second language is a big business in Dalian and China. We will offer internet based (iBT) tools for TOEFL, TOEIC, Accent Reduction and Business English, as well as Call Center audits. Our target markets will include medium sized private schools as well as non-native English speakers working for international tech companies and business process outsourcing companies.
At this time we have negotiated a reseller agreement with one medium sized private school that is located in Xi’an and Beijing.
We will work with the principals of Globish, especially Jean-Paul Nerriere and David Hon, on a business model to introduce Globish as a more effective way to improving English communication skills for Chinese managers and staff, as well as the general population in China that want to have “enough English” to do business and travel around the world.
A secondary business will focus on developing a “concierge, or help desk” service for expats and their families who are new arrivals in Dalian.
